When & where is the wedding weekend happening?
Dates- Thursday to Sunday, September 3rd to September 6th!
We’ll be celebrating all weekend long at Camp Wigwam in Waterford Maine on gorgeous Bear Pond. Check in anytime Thursday afternoon and stay through Sunday morning — or just pop in for the night! Either way, we can’t wait to see you!

When is the ceremony?
September 5th, 2026, at 4pm ish

What should I expect for the weekend?
Think adult summer camp meets wedding celebration!
Welcome supper on Thursday
Friday is field day! Games. Teams. Bragging rights. Wear sneakers.
Saturday is the big day!
Sunday pack it up and peace out

What’s the dress code?
Camp-chic! Comfortable clothes you can move in for daytime fun, and dressy casual for Saturday’s ceremony

Is there an open bar?
We will have drinks in coolers all around camp all weekend. For ceremony and reception will have a few beer choices, some wine, and our signature cocktails.
For the rest of the weekend, it’s BYOB — kegs, coolers, barrels, chalices… bring whatever fits in your cooler and will help with your camp spirit.
We will have booze available all weekend long, but if you want to be extra awesome and bring some of your favorites to share around the campfire, go for it! The more, the merrier.

Is food provided?
Yes! We’ll be providing all main meals for the weekend — including the welcome dinner, breakfasts, lunch, and the full wedding reception dinner.
We’ll also have snacks and s’mores available, but feel free to bring any of your own food and snacks too!

Can I bring a camper or RV?
Yes! There’s space on site with hookups. Just let us know on your RSVP if you plan on it
Are cabins provided?
Yes — cozy camp cabins with bathrooms (toilets and sinks) are included for overnight guests, showers are shared in a separate cabin close by, each guest will be provided
2 towels, blankets, sheets, and pillows are all included, but feel free to bring whatever you need to be comfy cozy
You can also tent, bring a camper, hammock, cabin or stay nearby!

When should I RSVP?
Please RSVP by June 1, 2026, so we can finalize cabin assignments and meals. Once you do, we’ll send details about your lodging, packing list, and weekend schedule.

Do you have a registry?
We’re saving for our first home! — if you’d like to contribute, we’ve set up a Venmo wedding fund to go towards a down payment on our future home. keep your eyes peeled for a housewarming party invite in the next year or so! BUT your presence at camp is the best gift of all!

Will there be cell service or Wi-Fi?
Service is limited — which is kind of the point! Unplug, relax, and enjoy being recharged for a bit. There are a few Wi-Fi zones for essential use.

Can we bring our kids?
Sure! but just remember we're gonna be partying... so that's up to you! Let Sara know how many and who is coming along so we can plan ahead. We are going to try and have a babysitter cabin dedicated to all the camp twerps with sitters so the parents can let loosea little

Can we bring our dog?
Sure! Doggos are welcome to join the adventure!
Just make sure they stay leashed, sleep in your cabin/camper with you, and are comfortable around noise, campfires, kids, and lots of excited humans

How do I RSVP?
You can RSVP directly on this website using our online form. That’s where you’ll tell us who’s attending, your lodging plans, dietary needs, and whether you’re bringing kids, pups, or campers boats etc. Once you submit, you’ll receive follow-up details from us.
